Afternoon Delight

     The Starland Vocal Band was formed in Washington D.C. USA. The band was active from the year 1976-1981 under the record label RCA Records and Windsong Records. It was taken from their  LP record Starland Vocal Band. The record that I got was Philippines pressed by Vicor Music Corporation. Both were produced by Milton Okun and the song was written by Bill Danoff one of the band’s past member.

     Side A contains the song Afternoon Delight and has a running time of 3:12. It is one of the biggest single of 1976. As for now this is one of my most favorite song. Also I think that this is the only song that Made the band famous.

     The song in Side B is entitled Starland. And its running time is 3:04. I dont know much about this particular song. All in all i really do love this 45rpm because it has one of my favorite songs. The 45 record only has some few scratches and its label is still intact. If you want to listen to a feel good music try the song Afternoon delight.
